- Whitelist all emails from the “@isoftsystems.com” domain, especially our accounting department’s email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. This will help to prevent our emails from being blocked or filtered as spam by your email server or firewall.
- If you are using Office365 for your email services, we have identified an issue where Office365 has been falsely reporting links to our dashboard as malicious. To resolve this, please have your IT department follow the instructions below:
