ISOFT has switched remote assistant tools from RemotePC to AnyDesk.
If your IT folks see our name on an AnyDesk icon on your server, that’s normal.
We use AnyDesk to remotely access your server in “unattended” mode (i.e. you don’t need to be around) to install modifications to AccountMate or upgrade your AccountMate software.
We also use it as needed in “attended” mode for one-time temporary access to your desktop when we’re talking with you to answer a support question. The AnyDesk session is closed after that desktop session.
