How can I prevent a user from changing the AccountMate system date?

Unmark the Enable Office Applications in Toolbar checkbox in the Group/User Setup ► Edit User window in the AccountMate Administrator program. Disabling this option not only restricts users from changing the AccountMate system date but also prevents them from accessing Microsoft Office Application shortcuts from the AccountMate System toolbar.
