I want to create a purchase order for an inventory item; however, I cannot find the item in the Item # Search window. Why?
The Item # Search window doesn’t display the inventory item when the warehouse you entered in the Create Purchase Order ► Information tab doesn’t carry the item. Thus, if you manually enter the item # in the Line Items tab grid, AccountMate will display the validation message, “Warehouse [xxx] does not carry this item.”
